The Williams Auction team now have valuable information available at their fingertips before an auction is ‘Live’

Essential statistics are readily available, such as:

  • Number of lots
  • Total estimates
  • Sellers

This allows the team to quickly identify any lots that require updating to show images, catalogue description and estimates and make any necessary changes easily.


Maximising visibility of lot images.

Detailed photos of vehicles and machinery are taken as they arrive in our yard ahead of an auction. The lot images are automatically uploaded to our website, making this all-important content quickly available to potential bidders.


Auction Day

Real-time financial and status performance of each lot

Process automation has allowed the Williams Auction team to see first-hand auction progress in real-time, providing them with full transparency across the business during the auction.  

With access to stats on:

  • Lots sold/unsold
  • Hammer,
  • P&L’ing
  • Fees earned

This allows the team to quickly build a picture of performance of the day’s auction.

Invoice streamlining and efficiencies

Invoices are processed at a ‘click of a button’, delivering sales invoices to clients, for items won, at the end of the auction day.

Simplified VAT Reporting 

The finance package in Evo-auction revolutionised the processes in VAT reporting with submission of our VAT return being done directly through the new system, saving time and eliminating the margin for possible error.
